MEET CAILEN
Hey there! Thanks for dropping by.
I was born + raised in the sunny state of California. I grew up climbing around in the mountains, baking with my family, and singing on the top of my lungs everywhere I went. After spending kindergarten through high school performing across the US in my theater and choir troupe, I went on to receive my BFA in Musical Theater + Honors in Acting from the University of California, Irvine. While attending UC Irvine, I studied in London at RADA, Shakespeare's Globe and ArtsEd. My original love for theater started with being immersed in the world of Shakespeare at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Fast-forward to now, I am an actor, singer and voiceover artist currently residing in New York. Post-graduation I signed across-the-board with A3 Artists Agency and Lakey Wolff & Co. I made my Broadway debut in Mean Girls as the standby for Regina George + Gretchen Wieners. During my time with the company, I became the first Asian-American Regina George which has connected me to many younger BIPOC theater students. During the pandemic I became a Masterclass and Vocal Coach for many of these students and I am extremely passionate about working with the future generations to help build our world and industry to be a better place.
Thanks for coming to my website, stay tuned for updates!
