Cailen's Coaching Philosophy 

As a coach and educator, my goal is to help students learn how to jump fearlessly into their craft. My hope is that in our lessons, they learn to build up the stamina, confidence and ability to take the tools we discover into their own solo practice. 

My primary focuses are Musical Theater, Shakespeare and Industry career coaching. My sessions range from beginner to advanced students and I cater our sessions to your needs. 

I teach from the perspective of navigating your material with the anatomy of YOUR own instrument rather than a copy/paste solution based on someone else's sound or instincts. Our lessons are a space where I encourage students to be bold, make mistakes, and fail forward. I help students learn how to belt like a badass, keep their instrument healthy and maintain their technique. The more specific we can get with our material the better. I strive for my students to feel more inspired and driven after our lessons than before!
