Cailen Fu made her Broadway debut in MEAN GIRLS in 2019 and is currently the standby for Regina George and Gretchen Wieners! She is a graduate from the University of California, Irvine where she received her Bachelor in Fine Arts in Musical Theater and Honors in Acting. In addition to UC Irvine, she has trained classically at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and in London with RADA, Shakespeare’s Globe and ArtsEd MT. She is one of the winners of the Jerry Herman Broadway Legacy Concert series. In NYC, she was the associate choreographer for the workshop of the new musical Austen's Pride and was seen Off-Broadway in Nickel Mines as Rosanna King. Outside of NYC, she has performed across the United States including the Tony Award winning regional theater, the Utah Shakespeare Festival, the Lyric Company and the Nashville Repertory Theater.
